If you have forwarded your registration fee after August 1st, 2005, please bring a copy
of the registration documents with you in order to avoid double payment.
Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellations must be made in writing to the Symposium Secretariat, ACTA.
In case the registration is cancelled before June 1, 2005 an administrative fee of
€ 50 will be deducted and the rest of the registration fee refunded.
For cancellations received after June 1, 2005 no refund can be made.
All refunds will be made after the Symposium.
Official invoices will be given at the Symposium.
Invoices for on-site registrations can be mailed after the Symposium, if requested.
The Symposium Office located in the Torino Incontra Conference Centre
will be open from 26 September to 01 October 2005.
Admission to the scientific and social activities of the Symposium is only possible
to persons wearing the official symposium badge issued at the registration desk.
Please keep your badge well.
Language of the Symposium
The official language of the Symposium is English.
No simultaneous translation will be provided.
Letter of Invitation
On request, the Organizing Committee can provide a letter of invitation
to participate in the Symposium. Such invitation is extended solely to assist
participants to obtain travel funds or appropriate visas and does not imply any
commitment on the part of the Organizers to provide financial support.
Letters of invitation should be requested at least 4 months prior to the Symposium date.
